Do you think there’s overlooked talent @ the junior & D2/D3 levels? For example, I know of several military guys who weren’t recruited to play out of HS. Upon later returning to college, they’ve walked on to play. Some I’ve seen are worthy of D1 & beyond.

There is talent at all levels for several reasons. Chris Weinke famously came to college at FSU and played in his early 30’s. This why there are so many scouts for colleges and pro teams of all levels.
