No 2 are the same so far. I am a new agent still so I have to recruit players in my home state for the most part (except the state I mentioned in previous answer). I have connections, friends who played football, and that’s where the contact starts usually, sometmies from the player hearing about me. From there I usually establish meetings with potential clients to build a rapport and see if we would be a good fit for each other. Then we discuss what my company can offer them and we make ourselves available to answer all questions the potential client may have. If things are going well we offer them a representation contract and discuss a game plan.
